I play in a couple of bands, the New Mexican Revolution (some amalgamation of American country and Eastern European influenced music), and Outer Party, a leftist political punk band. I'm a grad student in sociology at the doing my dissertation on the government's response to the animal rights movement. I'm interested in how our food choices affect our world socially, economically, and environmentally.
